Nursery Plant Pots We Live In SE Texas. Is It A Good Time To Plant A Bradford Pear Tree Now Or Should I Wait Until Spring?

We live in SE Texas. Is it a good time to plant a bradford pear tree now or should I wait until spring? - nursery plant pots

You are in nursery pots (3 liters and 15 liters). I waited for planting due to drought, which we here and lived in an irrigation plan. Neighbor thought it would be better to wait until the drought was to prevent transplant shock.

For your area, now is the right time to plant the trees. Planting now allows the roots to build until spring to start.

Dig a hole twice the size of the container, the plant is only slightly weaker than the field they are now increasingly on the boat. Keep watered for a few weeks (if not raining), and should do in the spring.
